Outpatient Therapy

This program is designed to provide therapeutic counseling to individuals and families who are referred from various sources within the community (hospitals, foster care system, managed care companies, mo-health Medicaid, court systems, private practitioners, and self referrals.)  This program is offered both in office and in home to clients.  The therapist provides individual, couples, family, and or group depending on the needs of the clients. The therapeutic modalities include but are not limited to Cognitive-Behavioral, Solution focused, Rational-Emotive, Family Systems, Play therapy, as well as other trauma based therapy techniques.

Community-Based Social Services
Historically, children coming into contact with the child welfare system for abuse and/or neglect were often removed from their parents care and placed in foster care. Read More.
 
School-Based Day Treatment

Students in Gillis Day Treatment School have an opportunity to experience success in a classroom setting. Because of behavioral and/or emotional disorders children attending our school are challenged by a traditional classroom setting. Read More.
